Cohabitation Woman

A lady named the agency asking for our assistance. She told us that she had left her husband, young children and also the household property because of his continuous philandering. She was quite distraught by the scenario. She did not want to leave the young children but she could not afford to take them with her just before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was extremely abusive and shouted at her a lot. The couple had been separated for around 4 months and in that time our client had identified out that he had moved another woman in.

Our client was very worried about her case since she was the 1 that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the young children and he would have to pay upkeep to her as well as the young children as soon as the divorce had gone by means of. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it would be a good concept to put covert cameras outside the home so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living at the household residence.

We left the cameras outside the residence for two weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her auto on the drive and employed a key to get in. She was there on her own for a few of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had enough to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the family home with all the children and her husband started to pay maintenance. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this 1 woman and he wanted to live with her.
